Before proceeding, please make sure you read the following information regarding ticket sales for the 2025 season:

• IMPORTANT PRESEASON SPECIAL TICKET INFORMATION:

  • If you are purchasing any of the preseason special tickets, you DO NOT need to select a date or time for your use. Those tickets will work on any night we are open during the 2025 season.

  • Preseason tickets are valid for ANY date during the 2025 season. There is no need to try and change any date or time on the preseason ticket.

  • Preseason tickets are NOT transferrable to another year.

• IMPORTANT IN-SEASON TICKET INFORMATION:

  • You must select a date AND time that you will use your tickets. The system will default you to the first available date.

  • Tickets will be sold in 30 minute windows every night. We expect many time windows to sell out!

  • If tickets are a time slot are sold out online, they are also sold out on site.

  • Tickets are ONLY valid for the time window they are purchased for. You can change your ticket date/time after purchase as long as your original ticket date/time has not passed (information will be sent in your confirmation email).

• In the rare event of a show cancellation, ticket holders will have the opportunity to select a different night in the 2025 season to attend.

• After your purchase, you will receive a digital ticket that you can print or show on your phone. The unique barcode will be scanned for entry into the attraction.

• All sales are final - no refunds unless you purchased ticket insurance.
