Cedar Lane Foundation

Cedar Lane Regional Park will be the premier recreation facility in Harford County, Md. Cedar Lane Regional Park is a state of the art 110 acre multi-sport recreational complex for local and regional use. This unique facility is a cooperative effort between the public sector, Harford County Parks and Recreation and the private sector, Cedar Lane Sports Foundation. This is the first regional complex to be located in Harford County. Cedar Lane Regional Park will help take the burden off of the more traditional sites that are currently used by existing Recreation Council programs. The facility will be available to all Recreation Councils for use. The facility will be managed by the Cedar Lane Sports Foundation in concert with Harford County Parks and Recreation. The Foundation's goal is to not only manage and maintain the facility but to continue to make improvements; artificial turf, lighting, indoor facilities, etc. We want to create a professional atmosphere for each participant at Cedar Lane Regional Park.

In 2008, Aldino Sod Farms and Aldino Entertainment, Inc. donated the use of several sod fields (which also serves as a parking lot for Legends of the Fog) for a temporary location for Cedar Lane Regional Park to operate its soccer and lacrosse programs. Several thousand players from the region participated in practices, games, and tournaments on the fields. The official opening of Cendar Lane Regional Park will decrease the amount of soccer and lacrosse usage, however, the fields will remain available for overflow and tournament use.

Legends of the Fog Minions
We'd sincerely like to thank those actors and volunteers under the age of 18 who
dedicate their Friday and Saturday nights through the month of October to
Legends of the Fog. Instead of staying home playing video games or text
messaging their friends, these true haunt fanatics like nothing more than
sending a chill up someone else's spine in our show. Hours before showtime our
minions are running around the grounds, hanging out with friends and family, or
helping with final touches on some of the sets. When darkness falls and the
temperature drops minions permeate the entire haunt, working in almost all of
the sets, doing whatever it takes to get their scares. Their dedication and
boundless energy are what makes Legends of the Fog so successful. Thank you,
minions!

Additional thanks to all of our volunteers who make
the Legends of the Fog possible.

Legends of the Fog proudly introduces its new non-profit affiliate for 2009, the Harford County Humane Society.
