We reserve the right to refuse admission. Expect loud noises, spfx lighting, low visibility, fog, wet conditions, sudden movement, uneven ground, and an overall physically demanding environment. You should NOT ENTER a haunted attraction if you suffer from any type of medical problem, such as asthma, heart disease or seizures ,are pregnant, are taking prescription drugs which may impair your thinking, or suffer from any form of mental disease including claustrophobia.
DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are under the influence of a controlled substance, are currently using an orthopedic device, such as a cast, brace or crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Wear appropriate closed-toe outdoor footwear. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are noticed by our staff.
OBEY THE FOLLOWING RULES WIHLE INSIDE THE ATTRACTIONS DO NOT smoke, run, eat or drink inside the attraction. Additionally do not touch the actors, customers, or props inside the attraction. No video or flash photography is permitted within the attraction. Use of any electronic or laser device distracting to other guests or staff is prohibited. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property. You will not be admitted or asked to leave the property if any of the rules are not followed.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction holder agrees to release the operator, it’s parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, volunteers, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending any of the attractions at this location. While there are no refunds for inclement weather, tickets may be used for any night that the attraction is open in the issuing season. By entering this attraction, you understand that your movements and actions may be recorded by video, audio, and/or photographic devices.
